Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, please first contact the carrier directly.
Ecstatic Silence is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed carrier delivery.
However, we will always do our best to assist where reasonably possible.
Refused Deliveries / Failed Deliveries
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer:
shipping costs are non-refundable
• reshipping costs may apply
• unauthorized chargebacks for valid purchases may be disputed with supporting documentation
